外贸客户不回复邮件怎么办?用这5封跟进邮件

    有人昨天问我,国外客户不回复邮件怎么办?这么一个老生常谈的问题,居然在百度,福步和阿里巴巴外贸圈的答案都回答的不尽如人意!

    好吧,作为外贸从业10年的人,这方面的经验我还是有的。在本文中,我会解释客户不回邮件的原因,以及怎么用5封邮件跟进,下面是完整内容。

    P.S. 有人说可以打直接电话!够简单粗暴。但是,邮件故意不回你,电话会接么,好比你女朋友不想理你,你再打就是黑名单!很简单的一个道理,谈客户就像谈恋爱。

    第一步:为什么没有收到客户的邮件?

    技术层面找原因:

    • 检查邮件地址是否有误。
    • 检查是否群发了大量的垃圾邮件而导致你的邮件进了对方的垃圾邮箱。

    大多数邮件服务商都有过滤垃圾邮件的机制,如果你要群发相同的内容给不同的人,请务必改为一个接一个地发送。

    还有就是你使用是的域名后缀邮箱还是第三方SMTP邮件服务商

    如果是域名后缀邮箱,无论是主机赠送的邮箱还是专门购买的外贸企业邮箱,都会有问题。只要群发多了,发出去不是收不到就是进客户垃圾邮箱。

    如果确认技术层面没有问题,那可以确定客户故意不回,接下来执行第二步,跟进后续邮件。

    第二步:后续邮件的跟进策略和方法

    简单的说后续邮件只发送一到两封是不够的,理想的情况是四到五封。

    如果发送这些电子邮件,客户还是不回,那发送到第五封的时候就不要再挣扎了,把精力放到其他客户身上去。

    发送邮件时请务必参照第一步,不要发到客户垃圾邮箱里去了。

    一般在客户不回你邮件的第一个星期内发送你的第一封邮件,找到你的发件箱,把他不回的那封邮件点开。

    点击回复,这样邮件标题会多一个 Re: ,把你之前的邮件作为附件一起发送,这是一个小技巧,会引起对方的重视。

    你可以使用我用过的方法,具体内容如下:

    Greetings {name},

    Please find attached to this email, a proposal for your perusal. I will appreciate your thoughts on it when you are done.

    After making up your mind on the particular product that suits your company’s current need, you can take the next step; contact me, so that I can send you a precise quotation. Then we can proceed from there.

    Please, do not hesitate to contact me for further clarifications. I am available for any queries you have regarding the products.

    I look forward to seeing your reply.

    如果客户还是不回你,你可以在发送这封邮件的第三个工作日之后发送第二封。标题可以用Reminder开头。

    Hello {name},

    Hope this email meets you well?

    I thought I should follow up on the (上一封的邮件title) I sent three days ago (日期).

    I would like to make an arrangement for us to discuss any questions you may have on the phone. It would be a pleasure to take your queries.

    I am available between x:00 pm and x:00 pm (这里看你客户的上班时间是几点). If these times are not feasible for you, please let me know what suits you so that I can work around your schedule.

    It would be nice to know if you are still interested in the proposal. If you are still keen on it, then let me know what works for you.

    I appreciate this opportunity greatly.

    上述邮件针对的方向主要是互动,并做一些安排,增加客户回你的几率。如果这封邮件还是不回,那三天后再发第三封,第三封是个短邮件。

    I just wanted to bring this email to your attention to know your thoughts on the proposal.

    第三封不回,三个工作日后发第四封,口气可以直接一点,这样做的好处就是有些客户可能会给你道歉或找一些借口来说明为什么不回你邮件。

    I have been looking forward to a chat with you for a good while now, keeping space in my schedule for this to happen.

    第四封不回,五到七个工作日之后发最后一封,目的是为了以后还有合作的可能。

    开发外贸客户不是一件容易的事情,我们会遇到很多挫折。

    如果你连续发了这么一大堆邮件,客户还是不回复,那请不要执着,把精力放到其他国外客户上去,不要浪费你的时间。
